Almost
all stereotypical horror movies have at least one scene in common. The damsel
in distress trying to escape the in evident paranormal somehow finds a way to a
vehicle conveniently parked outside the haunted mansion which she and her
friends tried to check out earlier, much to the discomfort of the beautiful
soul in question. She, all scratched and ragged, somehow pulls herself to the
vehicle and tries to pull the door open. The door, after some meager resistance
decides to give in. She enters the vehicle as the camera rapidly tries to rush
from the doorsteps of the mansion to her bare and bloodied legs as the door of
the vehicle gets slammed, signifying the desperation of the predator entity and
a sigh which goes ‘missed it by that much!’ However, the inside of the vehicle
isn’t exactly a safe haven. She needs to get out of the god forsaken place as
soon as she can get the vehicle running. She in most cases finds the key
already hanging from the keyhole. In other cases, she hot wires the vehicle as
easily as if it is taught to everybody in school (basic physics..eh!!).
However, the vehicle, which so conveniently opened its doors for her, shows one
last act of defiance and succeeds this time. It refuses to start. After a
feeble fight, the fair lady is dragged towards the mansion after the windows
are shattered, and the last we see of her is her arms getting dragged inside
the cursed mansion and a shriek that makes your heart turn cold. Quite a scene,
huh!! Ever heard that movies are inspired by real life? Not so much fun now, is
it?
The
above scenario is one of the many reasons why you must go for regular
automobile maintenance and repairs. When it comes to auto
services Niagara Falls has a lot of options. However, before rejecting
the idea of going to one just for regular servicing, it is important to know
why you should go.
First
and foremost, you should have your engine, which is the heart of your car,
checked regularly. If the engine of your car fails, your car will be rendered
completely useless. Checking the break pads is also important for obvious
reasons. The age old proverb of ‘better safe than sorry’ should suffice as an
explanation. If you go for regular mechanical inspection, then it reduces the
cost of servicing your car if something major goes wrong. It is quite
economical if you think of it. This also acts as a cushion which acts as a
shock absorber when you go for immediate repair of your vehicle. This way, not
only is your car well maintained, it also never fails to perform. So no matter how
haunted the mansion is that you decide to check out, if you can reach your
vehicle before the practical rendition of American Horror Stories reaches you,
then your vehicle will take you to safety before the spirit can catch up to
you.
